This bread knife from the Arne Line from Due Cigni is a sight for sore eyes. The remarkable shape of the blade and the curved handle (to prevent fatigue) make this knife look unique. Not surprising considering the knives from this collection were designed by Danish knife maker Jens Ansø. As is common for Ansø designs, perfection and function are key! And you can tell when you look at the knife.
