GEFU Flotte Lotte Food Mill Passe-vite, 24200

With a passe-vite, also called a food mill you can grind and mash semi- hard foods. In an instance you can make jam, compote, sauce, soup, and puree. Gefu’s flotte lotte comes with different discs to process fruits and vegetables in many different ways. In addition, a 2 mm grating disc is included you can use to grate leek, asparagus and other vegetables. Furthermore this practical device comes with a 3 mm disc to puree vegetables and fruit to turn them into compotes. A scraper rotates in the bowl and prevents the accumulation of food on the sides. As such the product in the passe-vite is chopped evenly. The 2 litre bowl is made from stainless steel and all parts can afterwards be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
