Perfect for soft types of fruit and vegetables such as strawberries and grapes, kiwis but also eggs and mozzarella. Not suitable for uncooked potatoes, onions, carrots and other hard products. The Japanese serrated blades are sharp, solid and made from stainless steel. Another advantage: you can safely store this compact slicer because of the useful locking mechanism. When cleaning remove the cutter and wash it by hand or in the dishwasher.
