This Opinel carving knife 16 cm, N°120 is part of the French brand’s Parallèle POP series. The collection has the same properties as the ‘regular’ Parallèle series, but with a cheerful colour added to the handle. For instance, this carving knife has a partially fuchsia handle. The carving knife is ideal for – you guessed it – slicing meat. It works great combined with the meat fork. And they both share the same colour, so you can have a nice coordinated carving set!
