This Opinel flexible fillet knife 18 cm, N°121 is part of the French brand’s Parallèle POP series. The collection has the same properties as the ‘regular’ Parallèle series, but with a cheerful colour added to the handle. For instance, this fillet knife has a partially blue handle. The knife has a flexible blade, so you can fillet fish really precisely. This filleting knife is also ideal for thinly slicing cooked meat, cooked fish, foie gras and terrines.
