This Opinel boning carving knife 13 cm, N°122 is part of the French brand’s Parallèle POP series. The collection has the same properties as the ‘regular’ Parallèle series, but with a cheerful colour added to the handle. For instance, this boning knife has a partially red handle. Opinel also refers to this boning knife as a ‘meat & poultry knife’, and with good reason. The knife has a relatively short blade, made for cutting out tendons and fat and separating meat from bone.
