This Opinel carpaccio mes 30 cm, N°123 is part of the French brand’s Parallèle POP series. The collection has the same properties as the ‘regular’ Parallèle series, but with a cheerful colour added to the handle. This knife, for instance, is enhanced with a violet-coloured handle. The carpaccio knife is enhanced with a long, flexible blade. Perfect when accurately cut thin slices of smoked or saw salmon or ham!
