This Opinel meat fork, N°124 is part of the French brand’s Parallèle POP series. The collection has the same properties as the ‘regular’ Parallèle series, but with a cheerful colour added to the handle. For instance, this meat fork has a partially fuchsia handle. The fork allows you to keep meat and poultry in place while you carve. It’s also useful for turning while roasting. It works great when combined with the carving knife. And they both share the same colour, so you can have a nice coordinated carving set!
